Decent room with good breakfast.

Safe and secure parking. Big, spacious and clean room. Warm water to shower. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Pleasant stay, clean and neat accommodation but dated and very basic.

The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. White bedding was clean and comfortable. Good location - central to everything and easy to travel to and from the airport. Nice looking building from the outside.

Some lights in the room did not work (lightbulbs broken). Bathroom was cramped and old but clean. The back rooms don't have a view and there is quite a bight spotlight that can bother those who sleep lightly. The cleaning staff start early and they are noisy - so don't expect to sleep late. Staff at reception is pleasant but they don't offer any information other than when you ask something.

I stayed here whilst visiting to watch cricked. This hotel is very good value for money.

The hotel is a little dated but very popular with guests. The breakfast included was very good. There are restaurants and bars adjacent ,but I never sampled them. Again quite popular talking to other guests.

The hotel is kind of dated but kept in tip top condition.

Good value for money.

Location is good. Room is good value for money. Reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Breakfast staff accommodated us during our prayer day with vegetable even though there was none on the breakfast menu. Generators during load shedding. Light stopped working in our bathroom and no maintenance guys were available so the kind female at reception arranged a second room for us to use.

Only 2 teabags where given for our week long stay. WiFi is not free. You need to buy a voucher after 300mb per stay. The toilet/bathroom is untidy and needs to be deep cleaned or completely redone. Shower tiles are mouldy. Doors in hallway touches the scrapes on the floor so others disturb you. There's only 4 satellite channels, SABC 1 and 2. Only 1 iron and ironing board in entire hotel. Only one microwave in entire hotel.

They promised free WiFi only to supply is with 500mb which also ended very quickly. That is the only thing I didnot like

Wifi is not limited, they gave you 500mb that will be finished in no time. I'm not happy I don't believe is 500 mb.

Bookings dot com advertized breakfast included and I reserved the rooms according to that. Ariving at the Airport hotel reception it was not stipulated was not impressed at all

Othewise all very good thanks

Cleaness and staff very helpfull.

Front desk close to our room very very noisy right though the night. I would suggest to train staff to talk with voice down so that the customers can also tone down their voice. Floors also noisy. Put up a notification so that every one can see to respect other people that are asleep.

I had a room with a door to the adjoining room. This door was not locked. There was no key to lock it. There was a person in the adjoining room. It made me feel very unsafe.

Big Expectations with Little Inside fullfillment

The Outside Look

Noisy Interior Design, you can hear everything in the passage way, from the stairs to the room. Aircon does not function properly All Pillows are too thick, normally there are 2 different thicknesses. The room looks overly big for the furniture present.

The hotel was clean and the lady at the check in desk was very friendly.

There should be a choice for someone to make his/her own coffee, rather than having the coffee from the machine or none at all

the stay was comfortable

the price and the location of the property. the cleanliness of the room was also a plus. the staff was very nice and friendly and they explained everything.

the wifi was not working. there was no fridge, microwave and even an iron in the room. maybe it was the room that i booked into. the room that we booked into was for people but the sugar sachets were not enough for the of us.

nothing.

The receptionist was accommodating, how ever the guests on either side of the room were noisy . the room was unwelcoming and the requests for fresh milk were not adhered to. the bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold and unpleasant. The bed did not even have a duvet cover on it and the floor was dirty. I checked out as I was appalled.
